Challenge:

Sleep problems are one of the most frequent and most annoying problems among the population and are a significant cause of, among other things, poor well-being, stress symptoms and medication.

For people with and without diagnoses:

The O-Zone quilt is used as a regular quilt in a regular quilt cover. Both people with and without diagnoses can benefit from the quilt. The O-Zone quilt contains chains sewn as chains in small squares distributed throughout the quilt. The sides of the quilt have soft edges without chains for increased comfort.

Reversible for different degrees of stimuli:

The O-Zone quilt has two different sides for varying stimuli. One side of the quilt is soft and padded, while the other side is without padding. This thus provides stronger stimuli from the chains.

Chains in circles

The chains are sewn as circles into the quilt’s small squares. This means that the quilt’s weight is distributed comfortably around the body.
